Every Locher & Landwehr polo belt is packed and shipped with the same care with which it was made by hand over many hours: in our premium, perforated gift box with gold embossing, ready to unwrap or to give.

You’ll receive tracking by email as soon as your belt is on its way. No delivery on Sundays or public holidays.
We currently ship within Germany only. If you would like a delivery to another country, please write to us at info@locherlandwehr.com — we will find a way.
14-day right of return
Should your belt not meet your expectations, you can register a return within 14 days of receipt. The easiest way to do so is through your customer account. For regular returns we charge a return fee of €4.90, which is deducted from your refund. A size exchange is free of charge for you. For faulty or incorrectly delivered items we will of course cover the cost of the return.

Open your customer account with the email address you used for your order.

Select the return
Choose the order and the items you would like to return, and select a reason — for example the size, or a fault.

Create your return label
As soon as we have confirmed your return, you will receive an email with a link to our returns portal. There you enter your address and receive the return label to print. Attach it, hand the parcel in.

Receive your refund
Once we have checked the returned belt, we issue the refund without undue delay to your original payment method — at the latest within the statutory period. For a regular return the €4.90 return fee is deducted from that amount.
Important for your return
In the returns portal, please enter exactly the name and address you ordered with. Our warehouse allocates incoming parcels by the sender alone.
If the sender differs — a company name, a partner’s name, a different address — your parcel cannot be matched to your order, and your refund is delayed by several days.
Please keep your proof of postage until the refund has reached you.
Exchange
Chose the wrong size? We’ll send you the right one as soon as the return reaches us — and a size exchange is free of charge for you, with no return fee.
Register the return in your customer account and give the size as the reason — we will recognise it as an exchange and send the other size. Please tell us in the comment field which size you would like.
