Withdrawal received
This confirms receipt only. We will review your withdrawal and contact you shortly. You can also register the return in your customer account; the return label follows by email. For a regular return we charge a flat rate of €4.90, offset against the refund — size exchanges and faulty or incorrectly delivered goods are free of charge.
Consumers have a right of withdrawal (Widerrufsrecht) in accordance with the following provisions. A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly be attributed neither to their commercial nor to their independent professional activity.
Right of withdrawal (Widerrufsrecht)
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive („Maßanfertigungen" / made-to-order items).
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us
by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form (Muster-Widerrufsformular), although this is not mandatory.
You may also exercise your right of withdrawal online using the „Withdraw contract“ button at the top of this page. If you use this online function, we will send you a confirmation of receipt on a durable medium (e.g. by email) without undue delay, containing information on the content of the declaration of withdrawal as well as the date and time of its receipt.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notification concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Consequences of withdrawal (Widerruf)
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. If you use the return label we provide, we charge a flat rate of €4.90, which we offset against the refund amount. For faulty or incorrectly delivered goods we bear the cost of the return.
You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary to check their condition, properties and functioning.

What happens to the goods?
In the event of withdrawal, you must return the goods to us. Register the return in your customer account; the return label follows by email. Refund
After withdrawal and return of the goods, we refund all payments received within 14 days of receipt of the withdrawal, with the right to withhold the refund until we have received the goods back. The refund is made to the original means of payment.
Condition of the goods
You may only handle the goods within the scope of a normal inspection, as would also be possible in a shop — that is, including trying them on. Any use beyond this in everyday life may lead to an obligation to pay compensation for loss in value (Wertersatz).
The original packaging should be present.
Exceptions & special cases
Fraternity belts with your crest (Zirkel)
Fraternity belts with your individual crest (Zirkel) are made-to-order items (Maßanfertigungen) according to your specifications. These belts cannot be treated like standard goods.
After confirmation of the enquiry and payment of a deposit, withdrawal is no longer possible, as the production of the crest and the individual adjustments have already begun. This is entirely normal for made-to-order items.

Made-to-order items (Maßanfertigungen) cannot be withdrawn from. Please check your enquiry carefully before you send it.
Standard polo belts
The right of withdrawal applies to our standard polo belts. You can return them within 14 days — however, they must be unworn. Normal handling for inspection and trying on is permitted.
Returning the goods
After your withdrawal, a return address and a prepaid label will be communicated to you. Please send the goods back:
- Unworn and unused
- In the original packaging, if possible
- With all accessories
- With the return label provided by us
Frequently asked questions
Can I try the belt on first?
Yes, you can try the belt on to check the size. This is permitted within the scope of normal inspection. However, it should not be worn in everyday life if you are planning to return it. Should it nevertheless have been worn, we are entitled to compensation for loss in value (Wertersatz).

The withdrawal period begins on receipt of the goods. If the belt arrives, for example, on the 10th of a month, you have 14 days — that is, up to and including the 24th of the same month. If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, the period is extended to the next working day.
