Sizing advice for your belt
Two ways lead to the right size: measure a belt that already fits you, or measure your body where the belt is meant to sit. Both end on the same number — and it is a measured one.

Either a belt that fits you — from the inner edge of the buckle to the hole you use — or your body, measured through the belt loops of the trousers you will wear it with.

On the waistband of your trousers, below the waist — the usual seat with jeans. Run the tape through the belt loops of the trousers you will wear it with.
On a high-waisted trouser or skirt, at the narrowest point. Measure there, over the garment — not on bare skin.
Over a dress or a coat, worn at or just above the waist. Measure over the garment you will wear it with — the fabric counts.
Measure where you will actually wear it — comfortably, not tightly, and over the garment it will sit on. That measurement in centimetres is your belt size.

How to measure correctly
- Lay your current belt flat on the table.
- Measure from the inner edge of the buckle to the hole you usually use.
- The result is your belt length — compare it with our table.
- Put on what the belt will sit over — trousers, a skirt or a dress.
- Put the tape around you exactly where the belt is to sit: through the belt loops, at the waist, or over the dress.
- Measure comfortably, not tightly. That measurement is your belt size.
A special note
How a polo belt sits
Unlike a classic leather belt, on a polo belt the overhanging end may be a little longer. It’s guided through the belt loop and rests to the side — that’s not a flaw but the characteristic look of a polo belt. So choose a size up rather than too small. With every wear, the belt becomes even more a part of your personality.
